All guests staying will be required to provide identification before check-in. TOWELS & LINENS Please avoid staining towels and bedding — especially with makeup, food, or other products. Your care is appreciated. SMOKING This is a strictly non-smoking property, including vapes and e-cigarettes. A R3000 fine applies if this rule is broken, plus any costs due to lost bookings. QUIET HOURS Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise disturbances that require security intervention will incur a R1500 fine per call-out. Please be mindful of noise levels when entering and exiting the building and while in the common areas. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, we kindly ask that you keep conversations at a considerate volume. Please be advised that complaints from other residents regarding excessive noise may result in a fine of R1500. WHAT TO BRING We provide bed linen, towels, and a starter toilet paper pack. Please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), paper towels, and any personal cleaning products. Check our amenities list for full details. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping isn’t included. Please tidy up after yourself to help keep rates low. If left in an unreasonable state, a R400 cleaning fee will apply. Trash may not be left in the passages of the building— a R1000 fine per bag will apply. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged in advance at an additional cost (subject to availability). CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT Standard check-in is from 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts when possible. Unauthorised late checkouts will result in being charged for an additional night. UNREGISTERED GUESTS All guests must be declared in your booking. We stayed as a family of 5 and had the most comfortable stay. Ushir is a proactive and responsive host, the apartment is well kitted out with him having thought of just about every detail. Apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. We had a lovely stay, thank you once more for the warm hospitality. Would definitely visit again.
