All guests staying will be required to provide identification before check-in. TOWELS & LINENS Please avoid staining towels and bedding — especially with makeup, food, or other products. Your care is appreciated. SMOKING This is a strictly non-smoking property, including vapes and e-cigarettes. A R3000 fine applies if this rule is broken, plus any costs due to lost bookings. QUIET HOURS Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise disturbances that require security intervention will incur a R1500 fine per call-out. Please be mindful of noise levels when entering and exiting the building and while in the common areas. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, we kindly ask that you keep conversations at a considerate volume. Please be advised that complaints from other residents regarding excessive noise may result in a fine of R1500. WHAT TO BRING We provide bed linen, towels, and a starter toilet paper pack. Please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), paper towels, and any personal cleaning products. Check our amenities list for full details. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping isn’t included. Please tidy up after yourself to help keep rates low. If left in an unreasonable state, a R400 cleaning fee will apply. Trash may not be left in the passages of the building— a R1000 fine per bag will apply. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged in advance at an additional cost (subject to availability). CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT Standard check-in is from 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts when possible. For complimentary early check-ins, please message us on the day to check availability. For requesting priority early check-ins/checkouts, please kindly check in advance for availability and pricing. Unauthorised late checkouts will result in being charged for an additional night. UNREGISTERED GUESTS All guests must be declared in your booking. Undeclared guests will be charged R1000 per person, per day. Age Restriction of Person booking is 23 years of age. NO PARTIES Parties or unapproved gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a R3000 fine, termination of your booking, and removal without a refund. Visitors are subject to host approval. POOL RULES The pool is open from 08h00 - 21h00. The kreepy krauly is to remain inside the pool at all times and is not to be tampered with. Fines will be applicable up to R2000 if this rule is broken, plus any costs due to damages. LOADSHEDDING South Africa experiences loadshedding from time to time. We recommend downloading the EskomSePush app to stay updated — just select the appropriate zone area. As this is a self-catering property, please come prepared. We do have backup power for the Wi-Fi to help keep you connected. Perfect vacation place everything about is quality it’s clean has many restaurants and chilling places around, park around too for children and not to forget that 2 min walk to gateway mall and 15 min walk to the beach, the place is at the right location with beautiful views from balconies there’s no sound pollution from around the area just beautiful cars and happy people all around I highly recommend the place

I just wanted to thank Ushir for her hospitality the house was very clean and had everything we needed which made our stay so comfortable,The area and the apartment felt safe and well maintained and we really appreciated how she kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. My 5 year old left his stuffed penguin behind and they helped them reunite. The hosts were always responsive, immediately fixing things like the jets in the tub, which weren't even necessary, but my boys enjoyed immensely. The location was great, a short walk to the Gateway shopping center and just a block from a kids playground and outdoor exercise area. A short drive to uMhlanga main beach. We ubered there everyday. We would definitely stay here again.
