The peacefulness.. The facilities in the room Calm area and environment Better then a normal hotel/lodge Some of the rules are abit to strick If check in time can be normal like every other hotel which is 2pm would be great.. Around 8pm I received a visitor which was clearly stated in the email..I felt very annoyed when the guard came to check on us when we entered the room telling us that only two guest's are allowed..which we are aware..it was only 8pm and the latest a guest can leave is at 10pm..but my mum left at 20:35..I felt it was abit rude to force a vistor out... Apart from that..the day that we had to check out..the cleaning lady came exactly at 10am on the dot to come clean..its not even like the place was dirty..but we felt so forced that we had to leave the place exactly at 10am..yes of course we was ready to leave..all bags packed and kept near the door..we just waited for our cab driver to fetch us..he was running slightly late..but the look the cleaning lady gave us..as if we wasting her time..we even told her we need 5 minutes more..Just waiting for our driver..but she make sure..she stood there whilst the door was open and did not move an inch.. I have never felt like this before..i have stayed in various places and different provinces..but no one has ever forced us to leave..

We were constantly communicating with host and he sent me clear instructions and directions to the property. First, the location, a walk away from gateway, gateway has endless list of amazing restaurants. I traveled with my sisters, husband and a 2year and 5year old. The apartment had everything we needed, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Also I didnt expect it to be that spacious. Nothing realy.

Everything about the place. It's a nice place, well organized and it is close to everything in town. I enjoyed my stay and planning to come back very soon. There was nothing not to like.

I didn’t take breakfast, but everything I needed to make my own was in the apartment. The place was really great and in a quiet area. Nothing, my expectations were exceeded.

We had a wonderful stay at Exquisite Emerald Stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and very spacious — perfect for a comfortable getaway. The beds were really comfortable, and the interior décor made the place feel homely and inviting. The only areas for improvement would be the exterior, which could use a fresh coat of paint to match the elegance of the inside, and fumigation, as we noticed some insects and feel regular treatment would enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it — with a little exterior touch-up and fumigation, it would truly be perfect.

It was very clean and tidy. The host was very gracious and always made sure we were comfortable. The security of the place is also very good. It feels safe. You get fined for basically anything and everything. The location of the flat itself is not ideal for a group holiday. It is as if you are in boarding school. It would be ideal for a work trip.
